I’m on a mission to turn every kitchen into a powerhouse of Asian flavor. After years of obsessing over the perfect "fold" and the rhythmic dance of the "toss," I founded this school to share the secrets behind authentic stir-fries, handmade dumplings, and street-food classics. My classes are high-energy, high-flavor, and slightly addictive. I believe that cooking should be an experience, not a chore—which is why I’m dedicated to teaching people how to cook with soul, speed, and zero soggy noodles. From the first toss of the wok to the final bite of a gyoza, I’m here to make sure you leave with a full stomach and the skills to actually impress your friends at your next dinner party.
